Key Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy & Development: Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned geographic region.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Actively prospect and qualify new clients, lead negotiations, and finalize commercial contracts. Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams, such as R&D and customer service, to ensure seamless client interactions. Regularly update CRM systems and prepare detailed sales reports for management review.
- Field Engagement: Conduct field visits to clients and key markets, with about 20% travel within Europe, to oversee product distribution and strengthen market presence.
Your Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales role within the food industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Tools: Proficient in using digital sales platforms (ERP systems, LinkedIn) and office software.
- Languages: Fluent in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
